About Mindful Minds
Linda’s passion for learning & growing with a desire to explore spirituality and the deeper meaning of life has led her on an interesting personal journey of awakening her heart. Mindfulness and self compassion have been invaluable in expanding self awareness and realising the importance of self care. Discovering she was a sensitive person and learning how to manage the life challenges this brings she discovered the importance of finding balance, & taking care of her own emotional health & energy levels. Developing her intuition and discovering these sensitivities were also gifts, she now feels grateful to share her knowledge & experiences in helping others who feel ready to look within, heal their wounds and begin their healing journey to opening to unconditional love.
Linda is an accredited Counsellor with over 10 years’ experience.
She holds a certificate in energy psychotherapy, is an accredited EFT practitioner & trained in matrix re imprinting.
Linda has studied a:
- Masters in Mindfulness at the University of Aberdeen
- Diploma as a Spiritual Companion & Spiritual Health Mentor
- Certificate in CBT.
Trained as a Mindful Self Compassion teacher she is registered with The Center for Mindful Self Compassion & runs 6 week online Self Compassion courses.
She has worked in the NHS, GP surgeries, a national cancer centre and has experience working nationally & internationally via Skype/Zoom.
Linda works intuitively & feels passionate about helping people heal & develop a kind, non-judgmental, compassionate, understanding relationship with themselves leading to self- acceptance and personal growth.
Flexible in her approach Linda offers a variety of emotional coping skills to suit your individual needs, helping you feel empowered in responding to life’s challenges so you can flourish & thrive in life.
Linda has a love of nature & after attending training & retreats in Forest Bathing is keen to take therapy outdoors & help others connect with nature to find their inner peace.
